Director of the Intelligence Bureau

The Director of the Intelligence Bureau (DIB) is the head of the Intelligence Bureau, India's premier domestic-intelligence agency. The current director of the Intelligence Bureau is Mahesh Dixit, incumbent since 1 July 2026.
