Disaster Management Act, 2005

The Disaster Management Act, 2005 (Act No. 53 of 2005), was passed by the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Parliament of India on 28 November, and the Lok Sabha, the lower house of the Parliament, on 12 December 2005.
