Drishti (yoga)
Drishti (Sanskrit: दृष्टि, romanized: dṛṣṭi, pronounced [d̪r̩ʂʈɪ], "focused gaze") is the attachment of one's gaze to various focal points. It is a means for developing proprioceptive awareness.
