Driving licence in Iceland

In Iceland, a driving licence (Icelandic: Ökuskírteini) is a permit issued by the Icelandic Transport Authority authorizing its holder to operate a motorized vehicle. The design conforms to the European driving licence style, and is valid in all countries in the European Economic Area, as well as many others outside Europe.
