Energy Sector Management Assistance Program

The Energy Sector Management Assistance Program, better known as ESMAP, is a World Bank trust fund focused on solving energy challenges in emerging and developing markets. Located at the World Bank's headquarters in Washington, DC, it is managed and staffed by the World Bank but funded separately by government and philanthropic donors.
