Eric Jansson

Eric or Erik Jansson or Janson (19 December 1808 – 13 May 1850) was the leader of a Swedish Radical Pietist sect that emigrated to the United States in 1846. == Early and family life == Jansson was born in the village of Landsberga in the parish Biskopskulla in Uppland, near Uppsala, Sweden, the son of farmer Jan Mattsson and his wife Sarah Eriksdotter.
