François Semaan Bassil (born March 15, 1934) is a prominent Lebanese banker. He was chairman and General Manager of Byblos Bank, one of Lebanon's top three banks from July 1979 to July 2015, and has served as chairman of the Board of the Association of Banks in Lebanon (ABL) for four terms.
