François de Calvo, comte de Calvo, baptized in Barcelona on July 28, 1625, and died in Deinze on May 29, 1690, was a French gentleman and soldier of Catalan origin in the 17th century. Born into a good Catalan family, he chose to join the French army at a time when the Reaper War was raging.
