Frank J. Hogan

Francis Joseph Hogan (January 12, 1877 – May 15, 1944) was an American lawyer who co-founded the firm Hogan & Hartson in 1904 and served as president of the American Bar Association (ABA) from 1938 to 1939. He represented several high-profile clients, including President Warren G. Harding, oil tycoon Edward L. Doheny, and banker Andrew Mellon.
