Sir Frank Kenyon Roberts (27 October 1907 – 7 January 1998) was a British diplomat who played a key role in developing Anglo-Soviet and Anglo-German relations from the 1940s to the 1960s.. == Biography == Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where his parents worked for Lever Brothers, Roberts was the grandson of the filmmaker James Kenyon, of Mitchell and Kenyon fame.
