American vocalist Frank Sinatra recorded 59 studio albums and 297 singles in his solo career, spanning 54 years. Sinatra after having had stints with the quartet The Hoboken Four and with the orchestras of Harry James and Tommy Dorsey, launched a solo career in 1943, signing with Columbia Records; his debut album The Voice of Frank Sinatra was issued in 1946.
