Garnachas (alternatively Garnaches) is a traditional Guatemalan dish composed of fried corn tortillas topped with refried beans, shredded cabbage, cheese, and other garnishes. Aside from Guatemala, Garnaches are especially popular in the Mexican states of Veracruz and Oaxaca.
