Gazpacho
Gazpacho (Spanish: [ɡaθˈpatʃo / ɡahˈpatʃo]) or gaspacho (Portuguese: [ɡɐʃˈpaʃu]), also called Andalusian gazpacho (from Spanish gazpacho andaluz), is a cold soup and drink made of raw, blended vegetables. It originated in the southern regions of the Iberian Peninsula and spread into other areas.
