Gephyrin

Gephyrin is a protein that in humans is encoded by the GPHN gene. This gene encodes a neuronal assembly protein that anchors inhibitory neurotransmitter receptors to the postsynaptic cytoskeleton via high affinity binding to a receptor subunit domain and tubulin dimers.
