Gored gored (Amharic: ጎረድ ጎረድ, romanized: goräd goräd; Amharic pronunciation: [ɡorəd ɡorəd] ), (Oromo: gurguddaa) is a raw beef dish eaten in Ethiopia. Whereas kitfo is minced beef marinated in spices and niter kibbeh (seasoned clarified butter), gored gored is cubed and left unmarinated.
