Grímsvötn
Grímsvötn (Icelandic pronunciation: [ˈkrimsˌvœhtn̥] ; vötn = "waters", singular: vatn) is an active volcano with a (partially subglacial) fissure system located in Vatnajökull National Park, Iceland. The central volcano is completely subglacial and located under the northwestern side of the Vatnajökull ice cap.
