Graham Phillips (blogger)

Graham William Phillips (born 26 January 1979) is a pro-Russia blogger/videoblogger/journalist who describes himself as an "independent British journalist" and who is under UK Government sanctions for producing and publishing "propagandist video content which glorifies the Russian invasion of Ukraine and its atrocities, and promotes disinformation advanced by Russia as a justification for the invasion". He is also sanctioned by the European Union and Ukraine for the same reasons.
