Gudit
Gudit (Ge'ez: ጉዲት) is the Classical Ethiopic name for a queen also known as Yodit in Tigrinya, and Amharic, but also Isato in Amharic, and Ga'wa in Ţilţal. Her story is found in folklore across the Horn of Africa—such as in the stories of Queen Arawelo in Somali folklore and Queen Furra in Sidama folklore.
