Guto Harri (Welsh: [ˈɡɪtɔ ˈhariː]; born 8 July 1966) is a Welsh broadcaster, writer and strategic communications consultant. He most recently served as Downing Street Director of Communications, having been appointed by Boris Johnson in February 2022.
