Habesha peoples
Habesha peoples (Ge'ez: ሐበሠተ; Amharic: ሐበሻ; Tigrinya: ሓበሻ; commonly used exonym: Abyssinians) is a complex cultural and historical identifier that does not strictly define a single ethnic group. Historically, the term referred primarily to the Amhara, Tigrayan and Tigrinya peoples.
