Hans Christian Heg (December 21, 1829 – September 20, 1863) was a Norwegian American journalist, anti-slavery activist, politician, and soldier. He was best known for leading the 15th Wisconsin Infantry Regiment (known as the Scandinavian Regiment) on the Union side in the American Civil War; he died of wounds he received at the Battle of Chickamauga.
