Helsinki Committee of Armenia
The Helsinki Committee of Armenia (HCA) (Armenian: Հայաստանի Հելսինկյան կոմիտե, romanized: Hayastani Helsinkyan komite) is the Armenian branch of the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights. It is headquartered in Yerevan.
