Hŏ Nansŏrhŏn

Hŏ Nansŏrhŏn (Korean: 허난설헌; Hanja: 許蘭雪軒; 1563 – March 19, 1589), was a Korean painter and poet of the mid-Joseon dynasty. She was the younger sister of Hŏ Pong, a politician and political writer, and elder sister to Hŏ Kyun, a prominent writer of the time and credited as the author of The Tale of Hong Gildong.
