Higgins (December 12, 1957 – November 11, 1975) was a well-known American dog actor during the 1960s and 1970s. He is most remembered for his roles in the original Benji film, and his uncredited role in Petticoat Junction, two of the most popular roles he played during a 14-year career in show business.
