History of the Arizona Diamondbacks

The Arizona Diamondbacks (often shortened as the D-Backs) are an American professional baseball team based in Phoenix, Arizona. They were formed in 1998 and are based at Chase Field (formerly Bank One Ballpark), after five years of preparation under the leadership of Jerry Colangelo.
