Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario

The Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario (French: Tribunal des droits de la personne de l’Ontario) is an administrative tribunal in the Canadian province of Ontario that hears and determines applications brought under the Ontario Human Rights Code, the provincial statute that sets out human rights in Ontario. It is one of the 12 adjudicative tribunals overseen by the Ministry of the Attorney General that make up Tribunals Ontario.
