Taíno mythology is the body or collection of myths of the Taíno in Cuba, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Haiti and the Greater Antilles. The Island Arawak-speaking Taíno recorded their mythology in communal sacred performances called areitos which are mostly lost.
