Hydrogen narcosis

Hydrogen narcosis (also known as the hydrogen effect – a rather ambiguous term) is the psychotropic state induced by breathing hydrogen at high partial pressures. Hydrogen narcosis produces symptoms such as hallucinations, disorientation, and confusion, which are similar to hallucinogenic drugs.
