Injera
Injera, also known as taita (Amharic: እንጀራ, romanized: ənǧära, [ɨnd͡ʒəra]; Tigrinya: ጣይታ, romanized: ṭayta; Oromo: buddeena), is a sour fermented pancake-like flatbread with a slightly spongy texture, traditionally made of teff flour. In Ethiopia and Eritrea, injera is a staple.
