International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions
The International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) is an international body that represents the interests of library users and information professionals. Founded in Scotland in 1927, IFLA operates as a non-governmental, not-for-profit organization with its headquarters located at the National Library of the Netherlands in The Hague.
