International Science and Technology Center

The International Science and Technology Center (ISTC) is an intergovernmental organization focused on nonproliferation, biosafety (and similar topics) connecting scientists with their peers and research organizations in other countries. The ISTC Headquarters is currently in Astana, Kazakhstan.
