Italy–Peru relations (Italian: Relazioni Italia e Perù; Spanish: Relaciones Italia y Perú) are foreign relations and diplomatic ties between the Italian Republic and the Republic of Peru based on the Italian emigration previous centuries since the founding of the Viceroyalty of Peru. The largest Italian communities and their descendants are in Lima, Arequipa and Tacna.
