Jack McKinney (basketball)

John Paul McKinney (July 13, 1935 – September 25, 2018) was an American college and professional basketball coach. In 1979, as a head coach in the National Basketball Association (NBA) with the Los Angeles Lakers, he introduced an up-tempo style of play that became known as Showtime.
