Jacob Moritz

Jacob Moritz (February 22, 1849 – June 9, 1910) was a German-American brewing entrepreneur and political figure in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was the founder of the Salt Lake City Brewing Company, which grew to be one of the largest industrial breweries in the Western United States during the late 19th century.
