James Robertson (psychoanalyst)

James Robertson (1911–1988) was a psychiatric social worker, psychoanalyst and filmmaker who worked at the Tavistock Clinic and the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations, London from 1948 until 1976. In a 1959 review of the film, Donald Winnicott declared that he seldom met a nurse who had not seen the film and considered its great influence on the nursing profession.
