Jonathan Ray Banks (born January 31, 1947) is an American actor. He played FBI Special Agent Frank McPike in the television series Wiseguy (1987–1990), for which he was nominated for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series.
