Kel Ajjer (also Kel Azjar, Kel Azjer) is a Tuareg confederation inhabiting in southwestern Libya and southeastern Algeria. Their main stronghold was Ghat, followed by Ubari, both in the Fezzan region of southwestern Libya and Djanet south of the Tassili n'Ajjer in Algeria.
