Keshelashvili or Qeshelashvili (Georgian: ქეშელაშვილი, Russian: Кешелашвили) is a Georgian surname that is from the Shida Kartli and Kvemo Kartli regions of Georgia, it is most common in the village of Tsinarekhi, Gori, Thezi, Kavthiskhevi, Kaspi and in the capital city of Tbilisi.
