Kevin Cooper (born Richard Goodman; January 8, 1958) is an American convicted of four murders in the Chino Hills area of California in 1983. Before the Chino Hills murders, Kevin Cooper was accused of kidnapping and raping a 17-year-old girl in Pennsylvania after she interrupted him during a burglary.
