Khas Kunar District (Dari: ولسوالی خاص کنر; Pashto: خاص کونړ ولسوالۍ) is one of about 16 districts of Kunar Province in Afghanistan. It is situated in the southeastern part of the province and borders Nangarhar Province to the south and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to the east.
