Killing of Nika Shakarami

On 20 September 2022, 16-year-old Iranian girl Nika Shakarami (Persian: نیکا شاکرمی) vanished in Tehran during the 2022 Iranian protests following the death of Mahsa Amini. She was allegedly abducted, tortured, and sexually assaulted by several agents of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and ultimately murdered.
