Kimberlin Ann Brown (born April 29, 1961) is an American actress, business owner, and politician. She portrayed Sheila Carter on the CBS daytime soap operas The Young and the Restless (1990 to 1992, 2005 to 2006) and The Bold and the Beautiful (off and on from 1992 to the present).
