King Arthur: Legend of the Sword

King Arthur: Legend of the Sword is a 2017 epic fantasy action-adventure film directed by Guy Ritchie, who co-wrote the film with Joby Harold and Lionel Wigram from a story by Harold and David Dobkin, inspired by Arthurian legends. The film tells the origin story of King Arthur, played by Charlie Hunnam, a man who discovers his lineage after taking the sword Excalibur from the stone in which it was lodged and teams with a group of rebels to fight against the tyrannical king Vortigern, played by Jude Law.
