Korrie Layun Rampan (17 August 1953 – 19 November 2015) was an Indonesian novelist, short story writer, poet, literary critic, journalist, and politician. Born in Samarinda, East Kalimantan, he became interested in literature while in elementary school, writing numerous short stories and poems.
