The Kostka Napierski uprising (Polish: Powstanie chłopskie pod wodzą Kostki-Napierskiego) was a peasant revolt in Poland in 1651. == Background == It took place at the same time as the more important Khmelnytsky Uprising, in the south-east part of the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth, and during the Swedish preparations to invade the Commonwealth.
