Krishna Prasad Bhattarai (13 December 1924 – 4 March 2011), popularly known as Kishunji, was a Nepalese revolutionary, statesman, politician, journalist, novelist, and one of the founding leaders of the Nepali Congress. He was one of the main leaders involved in transitioning Nepal from an absolute monarchy to democracy.
