Latin American Parliament

The Latin American and Caribbean Parliament (Parlatino) is a regional, permanent Inter-parliamentary institution organization bringing together parliamentarians from Latin America and the Caribbean. It is a consultative assembly made up of national parliamentarians, similar in format to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
