Lavash

Lavash (Armenian: լավաշ; Persian: لواش, romanized: lavâš) is a thin flatbread made of leavened or unleavened wheat dough, baked in a tandoor (a type of clay oven) or on a saj griddle. Some forms are sourdough fermented with dough from previous batches.
