Legal affairs of the Tate brothers

The British-American social media influencer Andrew Tate and his brother, Tristan Tate, have both been involved in a number of criminal and civil legal affairs in relation to their joint business and personal activities. As of October 2025 they are facing six legal investigations—four criminal and two civil—in Romania, the United Kingdom and the United States.
