Lenalidomide, sold under the brand name Revlimid among others, is a medication used to treat multiple myeloma, smoldering myeloma, various indolent lymphomas, and myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS). For multiple myeloma, it is a first-line treatment, and is given with dexamethasone.
